This trade road runs through many towns and cities in the East.  Civilizaed areas tend to monitor this road frequently, and respond rapidly to incursions upon it.  It is fairly well guarded, and patrolled almost daily.  Still, ambushes and raids do happenfrom time to time.

The road reaches Mulsantir and beyond, and reaches down to the port city of Telflamm, a significant hub of trade.
