The security measures taken for this building are obvious as you approach it.  Four cadres of city guards are constantly minitoring this building and the surrounding area.  Two iron golems stand on either side of the door, the only entrance and exit to this solid stone block.

You walk inside the building, and notice that even more private guards are inside.  Two wizards, a paladin, and a cleric monitor the area.  At four counters coins and ingots are exchanged.
