A funny smell permates the area as you arrive at the butchers workshop.  A grizzled old dwarf, Murdoch Widechopper, hacks away on his stone tables inside, as you peer though the window.

You enter the building to see links of sausages, haunches of lamb, raw birds, and steaks and meat in various bins and racks.  Murdoch greets you, but doesn't say anything else until you are ready to make a purchase.

He swings a full battle axe wildly about as he carves away pieces of carcass.
