Thick knots of trees and vines obscure this complex looking building.  A lawn and courtyard are enclosed by the foliage, with the building lying at the center.

The structure itself appears as if several smaller round and square stone buildings were squeezed together.  At its highest point, the building appears that it might be three stories tall.  It is composed of strange violet stones.  Many iron doors are preset in the surface of the building.  The symbol of mask, a black velvet mask tinged with red, is positioned above the main entrance.

The winding path that leads to the structure is lined with thistles and very spiny natal plum bushes.  As you walk down the path, you are met by a person wearing black velvet robes, and the holy symbol of mask.  An androgynous voice states “Are you a follower of the Lord of Shadows?”

If you respond to this question with a “no” youare informed that you may visit the shady courtyard and lawns, but will not be permitted into the building.

If you respond with a “yes”, you are told you must undertake a mission to prove your loyalty to be allowed entrance.  E-mail the DM if you wish to do this.
