The Last Stop

 (19)

An awning juts out from the front of this broad building, above which a wooden sign reads "The Last Stop", which is surrounded itslef by a relief carving of several backpack wearing figures heading to the open road.

Though poorly organized, the interior of this building has a great many items for sale.  Grappling hooks hang from a bar on the wall above giant coils of hemp and silk rope.  Boxes of candles and torches are placed adjacent to barrels containing dried rations and whetstones.  Bedrolls and blankets are wrapped tightly and stacked in one corner of the room, opposite another corner which bears boxes and poles.  Lanterns hang randomly from the beams that support the ceiling, and vials of oil are placed on tables, under which waterskins and backpacks are placed.

A middle aged man sits at the counter in the center of the room.  His long hair, still black with youth, frames his still fresh (though lightly scarred) face.  Ander Andreasen, the latest owner of The Last Stop, sits back in his chair and chats amiably with the many adventurers that pass through his doors.

A human skull is suspended by twine above the exit, along with a warning to shoplifters.  It reads "Don't Shoplift".

All basic adventuring gear can be bought here at normal cost.

Ander sells many items created by craftspeople about town.
