The sign on the front of this building is made of wood with the letters "Isidora's Maille" embossed in a small weave of metal links upon it. Six pine trees surround and shade the building, and there are small planters suspended from each window bearing flowers. Vines of snow peas grow up trellises about the building.
You walk inside the building, and enter the front alcove. Several suits of chain and ring maile of various sizes hang from "T" shaped boards about the room. The metals come in several different hues and metals and several of the suits are undoubtedly masterfully worked.
Coifs are displayed on one rack, and maille belts and belt puches are arranged on another. A counter runs along the front of the room, upon which a series of wooden boxes bearing maille jewelry are displayed. Gold byzantine necklaces are present, as are coin belts, decoratove maille girdles and bras, and bracelets and earrings.
A pleasant young lady sits in a plush red chair behind the counter, pliers in hand. She looks up, smiles warmly, and bids you good day before returning to her weaving. You notice the floor behind the counter is littlered with bits of metal, rings of various sizes, and partially completed projects.
Isidora is a master crafter and is renown over faerun for her work.
Chain maille and ring maille can be purchased here for 70% the normal cost. This includes masterwork items.
You notice a suit of elven maille, or mithral, you are not sure, on a rack in the back of the room.
"Ah" says Isidora. I see you have spotted my import. A good friend sent that to me. It isn't for sale. Actually, it is a prize for someone willing to do me a favor."
