Avun Skjarford, the best local breeder, owns these stables.

Six large buildings make up the premeses.  You wander through two of the long stables and examine the animals for sale.  There are mules, donkeys, ponies, and horses.  Some are light, some medium, and some are bred for war.

The rear four buildings are large stables where other owners are paying for stabling.

Six overworked grooms hustle about the area, filling feed and water, walking horses, mucking, and washing or brushing.

You may buy and sell horses, ules, barding, saddles, and saddlebags here.

You can stable your animal here for regular weekly prices in the comon stables.  Your animal will be fed and watered everyday, washed once per week, brushed once per week, and walked three times per week.  They get three snacks per week.  They share a stall with two other horses.

You may also rent "exclusive" sspace for three times the cost.  Your animal gets a treat every day, washed every other day, brushed every day, and taken for walks every other day.  They have a stall to themselves.
