A large sign suspended from two stone columns at the front of this lot reads "Grit and Gravel".  Much of the lot looks like exactly that: mounds of grit and gravel from carved and worked stone.  There are several small buildings on this lot, though most of the space is taken up by huge slabs of granite, marble, slate, and other various types of rocks.  Piles of brick and pavers lie in front of one of the buildings, which you conclude must be the resident mason.

Garr Skrandson, a calm dwarf with a blonde beard and hair, wanders about the facilites and oversees the operations.  You follow him inside the main building adjacent to the sign, which turns out to be a warehouse full of statuary, birdbaths, and columns.  Workers scurry between dusting the finely carved pieces, and returning to the back areas of the lot to work on thier own pieces.  They all wear a bandolier full of hammers, chisels, and other tools.

Up near the front of the room, several barrels of smooth stones marked "missiles" are on display, immediately adjacent to a collection of arrowheads and obsidian knives.
