A middle aged weaver works here.  She has platinum colored hair, a friendly smile, and is very polite.  The inside of her shop is warmed by a fireplace, and decorated with springtime flowers.  Samples of her weaving hand from the wall.

You can buy nicely woven cloaks, robes, sashes, and favors here for normal price  plud five gold (pay the PHB “outfit” price for the quality you want, plus five gold).  She will use any weave, color, and thickness you desire.  Her work is very good.
