Pitch Black
* From Phent the mok Horc and the Cleric Etrik miraculously managed to track the party down. Finding evidence of their disappearence into a canyon, they rapped on the stone barrier to find that it opened... to Polkarth and Mariah, who were waiting inside.
* Horc and Etrik joined the group.
* Another series of rooms were explored, revealing more hay and debris (probable dwelling spaces).
* Yet another group of fiendish rats assalted the party as they were wandering through the dusty halls of this strange dungeon.
* Larissa seemed to be feeling better. Etrik detremined that she had contracted Filth Fever, a disease normally acquired by coming into contact with spoiled meat, putrid animal waste, or overfoul corpses. Symptoms are mild shakes and mild nausea.
* Once again taking the lead, Saevio went no further than thirty feet, into a single room, before being siezed by a darkmantle from above and choked nearly to death. A second darkmantle joined the hunt, also using its darkness ability.
* A fight in pitch black conditions ensued, resulting in one darkmantle being bladed to death, and another being cuncussed against the wall by thHalf-Orc monk, Horc.
* Saevio threw a corpse at Horc for fun (after Etrik healed him, as he had fallen injured in the fight). Horc kicked him n the groin, returning Saevio to twenty more minutes of pitch black unconciousness.
* Moving deeper into the chambers of this place, the grop came upon a large squad of War Kobolds who nearly got the better of them.
* Etrik initiated the ambush by summoning a skeleton into the doorway of their stone fortification, which they promplyt slew. They webbed and ball of flamed the party, forcing a retreat after everyone was ripped free.
* The group returned to engage in a blody fracas involving six kobold warriors, a krenshar, and the Kobold Wizard who led them. Things went poorly for the group until the turning point, when Sery cleanly decapitated the intimidating krenshar with a single hack.
* After this vicious battle, the group returned to the entrance to lick their wounds, and prepare for one last foray into the stony depths.
